My life’s work centers on meeting people where they are, helping them heal from the past so that they may have rich, fulfilling and meaningful futures.
My areas of focus are couples therapy, individual therapy for adults, and people challenged by depression and anxiety. Through a collaborative and relational approach, together we find solutions that lead to healing the hurt and developing new paths for the future.
